	Opening Order: $250 Re-Order: $100 2 pieces per design any style/size Note: When a set is purchased (ie: the Miss Months Collection or Baby Month maternity collection) the 2-piece minimum per design is waived if the entire collection is purchased in the same size and style.  However, the $250 minimum still applies on opening orders.
Opening orders are by CREDIT CARD ONLY.  To process an order, a credit card # must be supplied at the time of order placement.  If you prefer not to give your credit card to your rep, please use our credit card authorization form and fax it to us at 800.209.9823.  Due to time constraints, we do not call before the card is charged.  If an e-mail address is provided, we can e-mail with the invoice for approval.  Provide the BILLING ADDRESS for the credit card if it is different than the shipping address on the reverse side.  Current Customers in good standing may be set up for COD by providing a credit card to keep on file.  We will not, however, accept checks with holds on them without prior approval.  There is a $35 fee for all returned checks and customers will not be allowed to place a reorder until all fees are paid.
	Past due accounts will be charged a $1.5% a month, interest is calculated daily.
Only available to stores in good standing and who have placed an order within the last 6 months.  We can drop ship directly to the customer.  There is a $5.00 fee per order plus shipping.  Stores must have credit card on file.  The fee does not apply to personalized pillow and personalized t-shirt orders.  Rush orders typically can be accommodated. Please note on your order if an item is needed by a certain date.  We will let you know if we cannot ship according to your request.  Otherwise, normal ship times apply.  Drop Ship orders can only be paid for by credit card, no COD or Terms. 	We ship via UPS only.  If you provide an e-mail address, we can e-mail you with the tracking number for your order.  Because orders are custom, refused orders will be restocked and charged a 50% restocking fee plus shipping.  Customer who refuse COD orders will be placed on credit card terms only.
Must meet $100 re-order minimum.  If not, there is a $5.00 drop ship / under minimum charge plus shipping.  Rush orders typically can be accommodated.  Please note on your order if an item is needed by a certain date.  We will let you know if we cannot ship according to your request.  Otherwise, normal ship times apply.  This fee does not apply to personalized items.
	There is a $15 set up fee and there is no minimum piece requirement.  An e-mail is required for artwork approval.  Cost for shirt may vary based on intricacy of design.  This is great for store logos!
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from SmarTee Pants Clothing.  Returns are only accepted for damaged merchandise.  Refunds are given only if the returned item was a mistake or damaged by SmarTee Pants Clothing.  Please inspect merchandise immediately and notify us within 7 days of damaged items.  Returns are not accepted more than 7 days after delivery.  Due to the custom nature of our product, cancellation of orders is at the discretion of SmarTee Pants Clothing.  We reserve the right to charge for 50% of a cancelled order.
	Most orders ship within 7-10 days.  If submitting a rush order, please note date needed and an e-mail address in case we need to contact you.
If you wish to receive notification of any kind (ie. shipping notification, invoice verification) please provide an e-mail address.  We have found this is the best way to provide notification.
	Do not use bleach as it will loosen Stones.  We recommend hand wash/delicate cycle, inside out in garment bag.  Tumble dry low  Items are 100% cotton and are not pre-shrunk.  Stones are cut glass, not acrylic, for lasting sparkle!
