How can I place an order?

You may place your order via smarteepants.com 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also submit an order via email, phone, or fax Monday through Friday 9am-5pm CT.

Does Smartee Pants accept international orders?

If you would like a delivery outside the United States, please contact us at mailto:smarteepants@mamabebe.com before to place your order so we can choose the best payment and shipping option for you. International orders are not included in any shipping promotion.

Brokerage fees, customs fees, duty fees, import fees, import license fees, (etc.) are the sole responsibility of the buyer. These fees are typically due when you receive the package or according to your country's laws. International insurance may not be possible, however we try to buy international insurance unless otherwise requested by our customer.

 

Is my online order secure?

Your personal information is protected. All orders placed through smarteepantsclothing.com are encrypted with 128bit SSL security. We have teamed with industry leaders in internet security (Network Solutions and ScanAlert) to provide our customers a safe shopping environment.

Please be assured that Smartee Pants will keep your personal information private. We will never sell or give away your e-mail address or other personal information for any reason.

 

Do I need to pay sales tax?

Sales tax is only required for orders delivered to destinations within Florida. Any order shipped within/to Florida will be subject to 7.0% sales tax.

 

Can I get my order gift wrapped?

Our clothes make wonderful, talked-about gifts for baby showers, birthdays, and just because! At your request, items will be gift wrapped in decorative tissue at no extra cost! If you would like us to include a personal message, just let us know at checkout in the "Gift Message or Notes" box. 

 

What are my shipping options?

  • $5 Flat Rate USA Priority Mail 2-3 day
  • UPS Ground, 3 day, 2day or Overnight Domestic USA
  • International (2 - 6 week shipping) All deliveries outside the United States must contact us for rates and processing. International orders can not be processed online.

 

Does my order qualify for $5 flat rate shipping?

We are offer low flat rate shipping on all USA orders!  The flat rate shipping promotion applies to United States domestic ground deliveries only. This option is for priority mail shipping only. Allow 2-3 days for shipping time.

 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being received. Additional shipping time is determined by the selected shipping method.

Because we are a custom clothing manufacturer, if you have ordered an item that is not available or is back-ordered, we will contact you via email regarding the situation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the package tracking information.

 

How can I get my order rushed?

If you have a special occasion and need your items sooner, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please place the date needed in the comments section.

 

How can I check my order status?

Order status is generally communicated via email, however, a personal phone call may be required under some circumstances. A delivery tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

 

What are the care instructions for my new Smartee Pants clothes?

To keep your clothes looking great, wash them inside out and dry low. We recommend a garment bag and gentle wash cycle. You may tumble dry, but no heat.

 

What is Smartee Pants'  return policy?

Smartee Pants Clothing stands behind its merchandise and will replace any item that proves defective under normal circumstances and appropriate care. If you ever have any problems with your clothing, please give us an opportunity to fix it. We will be glad to make an exchange for items that are defective. The item(s) must be returned to Smartee Pants  within 7 days of the delivery date. Ship prepaid and insured with the package wrapped appropriately. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. All items are custom made and are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part. Because items are custom made, returns for defects must be pre-approved.  Please contact us at mailto:smarteepants@mamabebe.com for an RA (return authorization) number and our mailing address. Do not send a package to us without an RA#,it will be refused and we are not responsible if it goes to the wrong address.

Please note that initialed,  personalized or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
